This 5-week program has been created for people interested in responding to the challenges of life through cultivating mindfulness. It is a sequenced exploration of mindfulness through guided mindfulness meditation, reflection on mindfulness principles and research, and gentle mindful body stretching. The program also includes meditation practices to cultivate positive emotions (kindness, gratitude, compassion etc). Suitable for both beginners and experienced mindfulness practitioners.

Great for both men and women.

Cost: $125 ($90 concession)

REFUND POLICY: We expect this course to be of great benefit to you. If there are reasons that you need to withdraw from a course before the second week, we will refund the fee less a $50 administration fee. No refund is given for withdrawl after the second week.
